THE EMPLOYEE

We invite you to become a part of the CSR Tech Services/Techstaff team of qualified technical and professional personnel who fill the contingent staffing needs of our clients: on a temporary contract basis either short term or as longer-term project staff; a conversion basis to full-time; or as a full-time placement. We are a staffing service and your employer, not an employment agency. As such, there are no costs to you.

Our assignments will vary as to type and duration. Your resume will be scanned into our system allowing us to quickly match your skills to those requested by our clients through our computerized search and retrieval program. Once we identify you as a candidate for an assignment, we will contact you to find out if you are available, and interested in the position.

We may request that you come into the office for an in-person interview with one of our recruiters. This gives us the opportunity to know each other better, and we can better represent your skills to our clients. Of course, your resume will not be submitted to a client without your approval and expressed interest.
